                        Q:  How can I track my order?

                        A:  Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be  provided on your Shipping Confirmation email.

    

                       Q:  What shipping methods are available?

                       A:  Standard ground shipping is our main mode of transport; most deliveries under 150 lbs. are shipped by courier. In some circumstances, your order will be shipped by common carrier due to weight, size and destination of the items ordered.

 

                     Q:  Is there FREE shipping?

                     A:  Your shipping rates will depend on the item or items in your order. Free ground shipping to contiguous 48 states is available on orders of qualifying products which total over $99 (excluding taxes).

 

                     Q:  Can I register multiple email addresses?

                     A:  No, you can only register one email address per credit/debit card.

 

                     Q:  How long will it take for me to receive the invoice after I make my purchase?

                     A:  You should receive the invoice minutes after the transaction (sale, refund or payment on account).

 

                     Q:  How can I pay for my order?

                     A:  ZippyGrow accepts all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Bitcoin and Litecoin. Fast checkout is possible with your AmazonPay or Google Wallet accounts.

 

                      Q:  I placed my order but did not receive an email confirmation. How do I know if my order was successful? 

                      A:  If you have not received your order confirmation email to the email associated with your account, please contact us by e-mail.

 

                      Q:  I placed my order this week and now ZippyGrow offering a coupon discount, can it be applied to my order?

                      A:  Unfortunately, our coupon codes cannot be used retroactively. The codes must be used during the time permits of the sale only.

 

                      Q:  Why was my order canceled?

                      A:  No orders should be canceled without notification, if your order has been canceled with no warning please contact us to determine the reason.
