Welcome to our Shipping Policy 

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and affordably as possible. We (hereafter, "Zippy Grow, LLC") delivers within USA only. Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with postal code. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

To provide a bigger selection, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Some stock items can be shipped within a few days (5 -7 days).  Other items require a longer time of 4-6 weeks.

We offer the following shipping conditions:

  • Domestic shipping

FREE ground shipping in the contiguous 48 states on orders over $99.

Shipping costs to the contiguous 48 states on orders under $99 are  based on the fixed rate of $14.                                                                                                 

We do not ship orders on the following US holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving and the following Friday
  • Christmas Day

As most items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, different items you purchase may be shipped from different original locations. Your items may arrive on different days and with different shipping methods if you purchase items from multiple brands or if you place more than one order at once.

IMPORTANT: COUNT AND CONFIRM THAT THE TOTAL BOXES YOUR RECEIVE MATCHES THE NUMBER ON YOUR WAYBILL BEFORE SIGNING!

 Additional fees may apply for the following:

  • Redelivery fees ranging from $25 - $400 will be charged if you miss your delivery appointment. The decision to reattempt delivery is made solely at the freight carrier's discretion. Your item may be returned to RubyScent.com fulfillment warehouse if the freight carrier is unable to contact you for delivery or if you miss your delivery appointment. In these situations, the cost of shipping to you and return shipping will be deducted from any refund.
  • Once the freight carrier has contacted you to arrange a delivery time, you must respond to their call within 1 business day. If the freight carrier has not heard from you and needs to store your item, you will be charged storage fees up to $200 per day. These daily storage fees may also apply if you cannot accept the delivery within 3 business days of the carrier contacting you.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five to seven business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.
